I work with people who want to feel stronger, move better, and build a body that genuinely supports their life. Whether you’re returning to training after time away, managing aches or injuries, or ready to take your movement and strength to the next level, my focus is on helping you train with purpose and confidence.

Personal training at Infuse Health is built around you — your body, your goals, and the realities of your life. Sessions are fully individualised, whether you’re returning to movement after a break, managing injury or pain, building strength and confidence, or looking for structured progression beyond group classes.
Your coach takes the time to understand how you move, what you need, and what matters to you. Training is purposeful and adaptable, combining strength, mobility, coordination and conditioning in a way that supports long-term health, not quick fixes.
Our personal training isn’t about exhausting you or pushing for the sake of it. It’s about developing physical capability that carries over into real life — moving better, feeling stronger, and trusting your body again.
Sessions draw from Infuse Health’s broader movement philosophy, blending elements of strength training, functional movement, mobility and skill-based work. Where appropriate, training is complemented by breath awareness and recovery strategies to support both physical progress and nervous system regulation.
As a boutique studio, Infuse Health offers a level of attention and care that’s hard to find in larger gyms. Coaches work closely with you, adjusting sessions as you progress and providing clear guidance so you always know why you’re doing what you’re doing.
Personal training can stand alone or sit alongside our Movement & Strength, Pilates and yoga classes, creating a well-rounded, sustainable approach to training. Whether your goal is strength, confidence, longevity or simply feeling better in your body, personal training at Infuse Health offers a supported, thoughtful path forward.

Your initial and any ad hoc personal training sessions are $90 for a 50min session. For regular sessions, packs of five 50min sessions are $400, or packs of ten 30min sessions are $450.
Start with an individual 50min session. In this session we get to know you, your goals and talk about what is going to help you be successful. We also take this opportunity to assess your mobility and strength so we can program effectively for you.
30min sessions are great if you are training multiple times each week and need to get in and out of the gym. 50min sessions are best for those that train less frequently, have specific goals or would need more recovery time between sets.
Each program is tailored specifically for your goals, meeting you where you are. The program will run in blocks of 4-6 weeks with consistency throughout the block to enable progress measurement and skill development.
