Frank’s therapeutic sound frequencies will entrain your nervous system towards stillness and Hannah’s gentle myofascial release techniques help to unwind tension and enter a meditative state where body and consciousness begin to flow as one.

Being Authentically You is an International Women’s Day gathering centred on breath, presence, and belonging.
Through gentle education, reflection, and guided breathwork, this experience invites women to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore authenticity beyond expectations or roles.
