Nia Pop-Up Class
Nia is a barefoot, sensory-based movement practice that draws on nine disciplines — including Tai Chi, Aikido, Jazz, Modern Dance, and Yoga — to create a cardio experience that's as nourishing as it is enjoyable.
More than a dance class, Nia invites you to move with pleasure, build strength, and reconnect with your body's own intelligence. This class is taught at Level 1 — the most gentle level — making it perfect for beginners and those aged 55 and over.
Led by Sydney-based instructor Mandy, a Blue Belt in Nia, Moving to Heal Teacher, and Certified Trauma Sensitive Movement Practitioner.

Senior Iyengar Teacher Workshop
We are delighted to welcome Shayna Ogden to Infuse Health for a special weekend of Iyengar Yoga.
Shayna is a senior Iyengar yoga teacher with nearly 30 years of dedicated practice and study. She holds a Level III teaching certificate and is the Director and Principal Teacher of Ballarat Yoga, which she founded in 2013. Within the Iyengar Yoga community, she is widely known as a teacher, assessor, former Board member, and most recently Chair of the Certification Committee.
Shayna began yoga at sixteen and discovered Iyengar yoga at 28, training initially under Pixie Lillas at Balmain Iyengar Yoga Studio before studying with senior teachers across Australia and at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune, India. Her teaching is succinct, insightful, and grounded in her own ongoing practice — known for distilling complex detail into clear, purposeful action.
This is a rare opportunity to practise under the guidance of a teacher of Shayna's depth and experience.
