At Infuse Health, we know how important it is for mums to stay active, and our Movement for Mummas classes are designed to make fitness fun and achievable while spending quality time with your little one. These family-friendly classes incorporate calisthenics, gymnastics, and weight training, specifically programmed for mums to enjoy alongside their babies or toddlers.
Perfect for mums who are 6 weeks or more postpartum (we recommend checking with your physio to ensure you're ready to return to exercise), Movement for Mummas helps you build strength, stability, and confidence in a supportive environment. There’s even a fenced play area for toddlers, so you can focus on your fitness while your little ones stay entertained!
Whether you're looking to regain your fitness after childbirth or just want a fun, effective way to stay active, our classes are perfect for mums of all fitness levels. Join a community of like-minded mums who are all about embracing movement and well-being while balancing the demands of motherhood.
Classes are 50 minutes and run at 10:30am Monday and Wednesday.
