At Infuse Health, we’ve created Movement for Mummas to make returning to exercise feel safe, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable — without needing childcare.
These family-friendly classes are designed specifically for mums and welcome babies and toddlers alongside you. Sessions blend strength training, calisthenics, and yoga, all carefully programmed to help you rebuild strength, stability, and confidence at your own pace.
If you’re 6 weeks or more postpartum (with physio or health professional clearance), this class is a great next step. Every movement is scalable, guided, and focused on helping you feel capable again — not pushed, rushed, or judged.
You’ll train alongside other mums who get it — juggling sleep, feeding, recovery, and real life — while doing something positive for yourself. Expect a relaxed, welcoming environment where showing up is the win.
