At Infuse Health in Adamstown, our Striking classes combine the best of boxing, MMA, jiujitsu, and movement-based training to give you a full-body workout that’s as empowering as it is effective. Each class blends technical skill with high-intensity exercises, helping you sharpen your mind, strengthen your body, and boost your confidence.

What to expect in a striking class

Each session includes technical instruction in striking skills — from footwork and defensive moves to powerful punches and combinations. You’ll also work through high-energy conditioning drills that develop cardio fitness, agility, and functional strength.


Classes are fast-paced, engaging, and scalable, meaning you’ll always be challenged at your own level. By the end, you’ll leave with a stronger body, sharper skills, and the confidence that comes from pushing yourself further.
