Whether you’re stepping into a Flow yoga class to align breath with movement, or attending a Striking session to build confidence and cardio strength, each of our classes is thoughtfully designed to challenge and empower you.


We also offer specialized programs like Longevity, tailored to those seeking low-impact yet effective ways to improve mobility, strength, and balance, as well as Movement for Mummas, a family-friendly class where mums can enjoy fitness with their little ones by their side.

 Emmanuel, the owner of Infuse Health, is passionate about holistic wellness and community-driven fitness. Driven by his own life experiences, Emmanuel is dedicated to helping others unlock their full potential, both physically and mentally.

 Sara is our Studio Manager along with both a Yoga teacher and a Movement coach. She brings her vibrant energy to both the yoga and movement rooms to assist infuse members along their journeys to better health.

 Katie leverages her passion for dance, yoga and broader exercise in her classes. Katie loves sharing her connection to movement and expression with the next generation. Katie runs our kids classes and also supports members working on the front desk.

 Julie is an experienced Iyengar Yoga teacher. With 20 years of professional massage therapy and almost a decade as a yoga teacher, Julie's understanding of the body brings a unique perspective to her practice and ability to support students in their pursuit of health.

 A long-term student of Buddhist and Yogic inner methods, Hannah has been teaching since 2013. She attended her first yoga class at age 10 but it wasn’t until, when faced with health challenges in her late 20’s, the practice became a non-negotiable part of daily life.

 Elias, our smiley Brazilian, randomly came across our Movement Intro Workshop and quickly fell in love with the city and everything about Infuse Health.

 Dave is a born and bred Novocastrian and lived here by the coast all his life. He began his martial arts training at the young age of 17 and has never stopped! Dave has trained in TaeKwonDo, Karate and Boxing.

 Fiona first came to infuse as a yoga student in 2018. While she loved getting back into yoga, the look of the Movement studio intrigued her and after her first class she was hooked!

 Jane has studied and practiced Buddhism since 2000. From 2006-2013 she trained in the study and practice of authentic Buddhist teachings on meditation, mind, compassion and wisdom through the Institute of Wisdom and Compassion.

 Walter is a student of Buddhism and has been studying both the theory and practice of meditation for around 20 years, including formal study with Tibetan meditation masters in Nepal for the past 4 years.

 Bec’s passion for health began in her early 20s with her own health journey. With limited access to Holistic Health resources, it was through fitness training (in her trainer’s shed in his backyard), yoga (a DVD that she bought from her local post office) and educating herself in nutrition that Bec was able to find wellness.

 Ruby Kozlik is a yoga teacher and social worker who is in awe of using the physical body as a tool for healing, connecting, and supporting overall health.

 Matt’s love of movement developed from a young age. Living a life outdoors, growing up on a farm, and playing multiple sports. Running, rugby, swimming, cricket, baseball, basketball, karate and surfing were all staples of that time.

With a background as a high school teacher, Chloe has a deep understanding of integrating yoga and mindfulness into the education system. Ryan is proud of taking the leap to shake up his work situation this year, with the support of his wife. He brings this adventurous spirit into his coaching, always prioritizing physical and men

With a background in online movement coaching and years of hands-on experience, Jade has successfully guided clients of all levels to break past barriers—whether they’re just starting their journey or looking to elevate their skills. Her mission is to empower individuals to move with confidence, strength, and purpose, both inside and outside the gym.
