Welcome to Infuse Health, where fitness is not just about physical strength but about nurturing your entire well-being—mind, body, and spirit. Founded on the belief that true health comes from balance, Infuse Health offers a wide range of programs designed to support you on your personal journey, no matter where you’re starting from.
At Infuse Health, we integrate disciplines like yoga, Pilates, movement & strength training, and striking to provide a complete and transformative experience. Whether you’re stepping into a Flow yoga class to align breath with movement, or attending a Striking session to build confidence and cardio strength, each of our classes is thoughtfully designed to challenge and empower you.
We also offer specialized programs like Longevity, tailored to those seeking low-impact yet effective ways to improve mobility, strength, and balance, as well as Mumma's Movement, a family-friendly class where mums can enjoy fitness with their little ones by their side.
Our commitment to holistic health is rooted in our values of inclusivity, support, and personal growth. Whether you're practicing Iyengar Yoga to develop mindfulness and alignment, or experiencing the peace of Guided Meditation drawn from Tibetan traditions, you’ll find a welcoming space to explore and deepen your practice. We believe in progress, not perfection, and in creating a supportive community where everyone feels valued and encouraged.
Founded from a place of personal experience and growth, Infuse Health embodies the journey of overcoming challenges, embracing self-care, and discovering the transformative power of holistic wellness. Here, you’ll find the tools to not only strengthen your body but to unlock your full potential—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Today, Manny brings a holistic, human approach to coaching. His focus goes beyond physical strength, helping members build resilience, confidence, and a sustainable connection to movement. When he’s not on the floor coaching, you’ll find Manny exploring the outdoors, spending time with his family, or learning something new about movement and mindset.
