    Think of it as an investment in your energy, strength, and mental health. Most people feel the difference after just a couple of weeks — and realise they’re finally getting value from a membership they actually use.

    That’s exactly why our timetable exists: to fit around real life.


    We’ve got early mornings, mid-day express sessions, and evening classes AND we have classes 7 days a week — with options across Yoga, Movement & Strength and Pilates, so you can choose what your body needs each day. You don’t have to come every day to see results — 2-3 sessions a week is enough to feel a real shift. 


    Don't forget we also offer members access to the gym outside of class times (during reception hours) for independent training. A great way to fit in extra workouts when life gets in the way.


    Yes — every class is scalable and guided by experienced teachers who’ll meet you where you’re at.


    We focus on building consistency, not smashing PBs on day one. You’ll be supported to progress safely and confidently at your own pace. 


    We’re a boutique studio, not a big-box gym.

    That means smaller classes, more attention, and a holistic approach that blends movement, strength, and mindfulness. You’ll learn new skills, build strength that serves everyday life, and be part of a community that genuinely supports each other. 


    Your journey doesn’t end after four weeks — it keeps building.

    When your intro period finishes, your membership will automatically roll into our ongoing unlimited membership ($57.95 per week, billed fortnightly), so you can continue training without interruption or losing momentum.


    There are no lock-ins — you can pause or cancel anytime with just 2 weeks' notice — but most members choose to keep going once they start feeling stronger, more mobile, and more energised. 


    Just comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and an open mind. We provide all mats and equipment, and our team will help you get set up when you arrive. Come ready to move, breathe, and feel great.
