This isn't about smashing sessions or chasing a number on the scale. It's about learning to move well, building strength that serves your life, and finding a practice you'll actually want to keep.
At Infuse Health, every class is guided, every body is different, and every session builds toward something that matters — capability, resilience, and confidence that carries beyond the studio.

Whether you're returning to movement after time away, navigating a body that feels different than it used to, or simply looking for a training environment that meets you where you are — you belong here.
Every session is guided and adaptable. Our teachers are experienced at working with people across every starting point and life stage. There is no level you need to reach before you walk through the door.
Maybe the gym has always felt like someone else's space. Maybe exercise became a chore somewhere along the way. Maybe you've simply never found an approach that worked with your body rather than against it.
That's exactly what Infuse Health was built to change.
Our integrated approach combines strength, movement, yoga, Pilates and mindfulness into one coherent practice — so every session builds on the last, and your training works as a whole rather than a collection of disconnected classes.
You'll leave each session feeling better than when you arrived. Not depleted. Not beaten up. Better.

🏛️
An independent boutique studio — intentionally small, never crowded, and nothing like a big-box gym.
🗓️
Unlimited classes across Yoga, Pilates, Movement & Strength, Yin, Iyengar and more — seven days a week, morning through evening.
👁️
Teachers who actually know you. Every class is guided, adaptive, and coached to the individual — not delivered to a room.
🤝
A 30-minute goal-setting session to start — so your four weeks are shaped around what matters to you, not a generic program.
📊
Intro passes are limited each month. Not as a sales tactic — because smaller numbers means better coaching, and that's the point.
💚
Access to the gym outside of class times during reception hours — for independent training when you need it.

Four weeks of unlimited classes, a goal-setting session, and coaching that actually sees you. $159 to begin.

Whether you're a busy parent carving out time for yourself, an older adult wanting to stay strong and capable, or someone who simply hasn't found a training approach that works yet — Infuse Health was designed with you in mind.
No prior fitness level required. No ego at the door. Just intelligent, supported training that fits around your life.

Our classes are intentionally small — not as a selling point, but because good coaching requires it. Your teachers know how you move, where you're challenged, and how to adapt each session to serve you specifically.
The energy of a group. The attention of a coach. Every session.

Strength, movement, yoga, Pilates, mindfulness — at Infuse these aren't separate offerings. They're one integrated approach to building a body and mind that works well together.
Whatever you need on any given day, there's a class and a teacher ready to meet you there.

Every class is guided and adaptable. Our teachers are experienced at working with people across a wide range of starting points — including those returning after injury, illness, or a long break from exercise.
We're not interested in how fit you are on day one. We're interested in where you're going.
Many of our members train with or around ongoing injuries, chronic conditions, or post-rehabilitation needs. Our teachers are experienced at adapting sessions to work with your body rather than against it. We recommend letting your teacher know before your first class so they can support you appropriately from the start. If you're unsure whether Infuse Health is right for your situation, reach out before you book — we're happy to have that conversation.
Most gyms put equipment in a room and leave you to figure it out. Infuse Health is guided in every session — there's always a teacher who knows what you're working toward and how to get you there. The programming is also integrated, meaning strength, mobility, yoga and mindfulness aren't separate things you have to manage yourself. They work together, session by session, building something that actually lasts. Most people who tell us gyms haven't worked for them find that Infuse feels genuinely different from the first class.
Infuse Health is a boutique movement studio, not a gym. Classes are small by design, teachers know your name and how you move, and the programming integrates strength, yoga, Pilates and mindfulness into one coherent approach — rather than treating them as separate offerings.
The goal isn't gym performance or aesthetics. It's building a body and mind that works well in real life.
There's no set schedule — you choose what suits your body and your week. A typical member might combine a Movement & Strength session early in the week, a Yoga or Pilates class mid-week, and a Yin or Mindfulness session to close the week out. The timetable is broad enough that you can build a genuinely varied practice across seven days, or keep it simple with two or three consistent sessions.
Absolutely. A significant part of our community is adults in their 50s, 60s and beyond who train with us specifically to stay strong, mobile and capable as they age. Our Iyengar Yoga program in particular is well suited to older bodies — it's precise, supported and deeply effective for joint health and posture. Every class across the studio is adaptable, and our teachers are experienced at working with the specific needs that come with age. Longevity isn't just a class name at Infuse — it's a genuine part of how we think about training.
Four weeks of unlimited access to Yoga, Pilates, Movement & Strength, Longevity and Mindfulness classes — with a goal-setting session included from the start.
Most members notice a real shift within the first two weeks. Not just physically, but in how they feel day to day — clearer, stronger, more settled. That's what the four weeks are designed to create.
Our timetable runs seven days a week across early mornings, lunchtimes and evenings — specifically so training fits around a full life rather than competing with it.
Two to three sessions a week is enough to feel a genuine difference. You don't need to be here every day to build something real. Members also have access to the studio outside class times during reception hours for independent training when the schedule suits.
Yes — and many people find it easier to start that way. If you'd like to begin your four weeks alongside someone, both of you can purchase the intro offer and we'll do our best to get you into the same sessions. Reach out after purchasing and we'll help coordinate from there.
At the end of your four weeks, one of our team will have a brief conversation with you about continuing. There's no automatic charge and no pressure — just an honest discussion about whether an ongoing membership makes sense for you.
Our unlimited membership is $57.95 per week, billed fortnightly, with no lock-in. You can pause or cancel with two weeks notice at any time.
Just comfortable clothing and a water bottle. We provide all mats and equipment. When you arrive for your first session, our team will make sure you're settled and know what to expect.
