MEDITATION & Mindfulness – CALM, CLARITY & PEACE

4-Week Introductory Membership

meditation & Mindfulness classes to reduce stress and restore balance.

 At Infuse Health, meditation is a practical tool for building clarity, resilience and calm in everyday life. Whether you’re completely new to meditation or looking to deepen an existing practice, our classes offer structured guidance in a supportive, welcoming environment.


We offer two distinct meditation styles at our Adamstown studio — a traditional Guided Meditation in the Tibetan lineage, and a Mindfulness Meditation & Journalling class designed to help you process, reflect and integrate what arises through practice.


Both classes support nervous system regulation, mental clarity and emotional awareness — simply through different lenses.

What to Expect in a Mindfulness & Meditation Class

Our Guided Meditation class follows the Tibetan tradition and is led in a clear, structured format. You’ll be guided through breath awareness and contemplative practices that develop focus, calm and perspective. The class runs for 45 minutes and is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. This session runs on Tuesday's at 6:45pm and is free and open to everyone.


Our Mindfulness Meditation & Journalling class combines guided mindfulness practice with reflective writing. After meditation, structured prompts and quiet journalling time allow you to process insights and build greater clarity around thoughts, habits and patterns. This 75-minute session offers a deeper, more interactive experience and is included for members or available to non-members for $20. This session runs on Wednesday's at 7pm.


Both classes are delivered in a calm, supportive environment at our Adamstown studio, with no prior experience required.
