Pilates at our Adamstown studio focuses on controlled, purposeful movement designed to build strength, improve posture, and support long-term joint and spinal health. Each class emphasises core stability, breath, alignment and coordination, helping you move more efficiently and confidently in everyday life.
Classes are delivered in a calm, supportive environment with close coaching and clear progressions. Movements are adaptable, making Pilates suitable whether you’re returning after a break, managing the effects of desk work, recovering from injury, or simply wanting to move and feel better in your body.
This is not a one-size-fits-all workout. At Infuse Health, Pilates is taught with intention — developing strength, mobility and body awareness that supports real life, whether that’s keeping up with training, managing busy days, or simply moving with more ease and confidence.
Pilates at Infuse Health also works hand-in-hand with our broader Movement & Strength and yoga offerings. Whether taken on its own or alongside other classes, Pilates helps build a strong, resilient foundation that supports whatever else you do — in the studio and beyond.

As a boutique studio, classes are intentionally small. Our teachers get to know you, your movement history and your goals, and offer modifications and guidance so you feel supported and challenged in the right ways.
You’ll be training alongside a community of adults who value health, balance and long-term wellbeing — the same welcoming, judgment-free environment that defines our Yoga and Movement & Strength classes.
