Membership Agreement
Welcome to Infuse Health. We are pleased to support you on your journey toward improved movement, strength, and well-being. This agreement outlines the key terms and conditions of your membership.

General Terms and Conditions
At Infuse Health, we aim to provide a supportive and respectful environment for all members. Please take note of the following:

Respect and Conduct: We foster a welcoming community built on mutual respect. Any behaviour that is disruptive or harmful to others may result in a review of your membership. We ask all members to contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive space.  

Communication: We will occasionally send important updates regarding your membership using the contact details you have provided. To ensure you stay informed, please notify us of any changes to your contact information.  

Health and Safety: Your well-being is our priority. By joining Infuse Health, you confirm that you are in good physical condition to participate in training. If you have any health concerns or pre-existing conditions, please consult your healthcare provider and provide medical clearance where necessary.  

Facility Use: Our facilities and equipment are here to support your health and fitness journey. If you are unfamiliar with any equipment, please seek guidance from our team. We ask that you handle all equipment with care and report any issues requiring attention.  

Bringing Children to Classes: Infuse Health does not offer a crèche facility; however, parents are welcome to bring their children to Movement classes (not yoga or pilates classes). Parents remain responsible for their children at all times while on-site and acknowledge the inherent risks of being in a gym environment. Children must be supervised and must not disrupt other members’ enjoyment of the facilities. If a child’s presence becomes disruptive or unsafe, staff may request that alternative arrangements be made.  


Membership Fees 

Payment: Membership fees are payable in advance, typically via direct debit. Frequency: Membership fees are deducted fortnightly unless otherwise arranged. Fees for additional services, such as workshops or specialty classes, are generally charged at the time they are booked. 

Payment Methods: We accept direct debit payments from a nominated bank account or credit card. Any service fees incurred for credit card transactions will be passed on at the time of payment. 

Non-Refundable Payments: All membership fees and payments for additional services are non-refundable. If you experience any payment issues, please contact us so we can work together to find a solution. 

Failed Payments: If a payment is unsuccessful, we will attempt to reprocess it for up to nine days from the due date. If the payment remains outstanding, your access to classes may be temporarily suspended until the issue is resolved. If you need assistance, please reach out—we are happy to help. 

Fee Adjustments: Should membership fees require adjustment, we will provide at least 28 days' notice.  


Membership Changes 

Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time with 14 days' written notice by emailing us at hello@infusehealth.au. 

Membership Holds: If you require a temporary pause in your membership, you may request a hold with at least 14 days' notice. Holds must be for a minimum of seven days and should not include weekends where the proceeding weekdays are attended. If you need to adjust your hold period, please provide an additional 14 days' notice.  


Class Access and Attendance 

Your membership type will determine the number of classes you may attend per week. For part-time memberships (e.g., two or three classes per week), any unused sessions may roll over to the following week but will not extend beyond that period. Members on part-time plans may purchase additional classes at a discounted rate.  


Cancellations and No-Shows: 

You may cancel a class booking up to one hour before the session without penalty. However, if you fail to attend a booked class without cancelling, the session will still be deducted from your membership or class pack. This ensures fairness and allows other members the opportunity to attend.  


Personal Property 

Please take care of your belongings while at Infuse Health. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.  


Privacy and Data Protection 

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any details you provide will be kept secure and used in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable legal requirements.  


Use of Images 

From time to time, we capture photos or videos during classes and events for promotional purposes. By joining Infuse Health, you consent to the use of your image in marketing materials. If you prefer not to be included, please let us know.  


Surveillance for Safety 

For security purposes, our facility is under camera surveillance. Footage is reviewed only when necessary for safety and compliance reasons, in accordance with legal requirements.  


Dispute Resolution 

We are committed to resolving concerns in a fair and constructive manner. If you have any issues, please contact us directly, and we will work with you to find a resolution. If necessary, disputes may be referred to mediation.  


By joining Infuse Health, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms. We look forward to supporting your journey at Infuse Health. 

The short version

 Infuse Health is a welcoming, respectful community focused on safe, supportive movement. Memberships are paid fortnightly in advance and can be cancelled or placed on hold with 14 days’ notice. Please book classes responsibly — late cancellations and no-shows still count so everyone gets a fair chance to attend. Parents may bring children to Movement classes (not yoga) and remain responsible for their supervision at all times. We ask members to take care of equipment and personal belongings, and to train within their capabilities. From time to time we may capture photos or videos for marketing; just let us know if you’d prefer not to be included. If you ever have questions or concerns, we’re always happy to talk and work things through together.
