What to Expect in a Yin Yoga Class

In each session, you’ll move through a series of seated and reclining postures, supported with props where needed. Poses are held for several minutes at a time, allowing your body to gradually release tension and your mind to find stillness. Classes are quiet, restorative, and deeply nourishing — leaving you feeling lighter, calmer, and more energised.
