A morning of free taster classes across yoga, Pilates, Movement & Strength, and Longevity. Come for one class or make a morning of it. Everyone's welcome — whether you've trained for years or you're starting again.
Jump to section:
Free taster classes in Movement & Strength, Flow Yoga, Pilates, Longevity, and Yin Yoga. A talk on training for bone density with Manny, our owner and head strength coach. And a two-hour Introduction to Iyengar Yoga workshop.
Classes at Infuse Health are deliberately small, so the coach can see what you're doing and adjust it — sessions are coached, not just supervised. On the day you'll get a real sense of how that feels. Pick a class that suits you and turn up. Come on your own or bring someone.
Classes are capped, so book ahead to hold a spot. You're welcome to book one session or several through Momence using the links below.
Real life doesn't pause for a Saturday morning, so you're welcome to bring them. Yoga and Pilates are best suited to adults; Movement & Strength and Longevity are more flexible.
The next step is our 4-Week Introductory Membership: unlimited classes for four weeks at $159, no lock-in and no automatic charge at the end. It's the same price before, during, and after Open Day.
Two things worth knowing for the day:
You can start the intro online whenever suits — begin it here — or sign up with us on the day and begin straight away.
Infuse Health is a boutique studio in Adamstown, built around coaching and long-term physical capability.
Small classes. Capped sizes mean the coach knows your name, your goals, and how you move, so the guidance is specific to you.
A full range under one roof. Yoga, Pilates, Movement & Strength, Longevity, Bone Defence, Striking, and Meditation, taught as complementary practices. One membership covers all of it.
Programmed for the individual. Sessions adapt to your stage, your history, and any injuries you're working around. You start where you are.
For people who want to understand what they're doing and why. Most of our members are training for the decades ahead — strength, mobility, balance, the capacity to keep doing what they love. You don't need to arrive fit or experienced. Turning up is the qualification.

Introduction to Iyengar Yoga (workshop, $39). Iyengar yoga taught in the classical tradition — alignment, precision, and props that make every pose accessible. This two-hour workshop is a proper first grounding in the method, suitable whether you're new to yoga or have practised for years.
Flow Yoga. Dynamic, sequenced practice linking breath and movement. A more active yoga practice, good for mobility and for settling a busy head.
Yin Yoga. Long-held, passive postures that gently load the deeper connective tissues — joints, ligaments, and fascia. Slow, still, and a useful complement to more active training.
Movement & Strength. The studio's foundation strength class: bodyweight strength and movement skill — pulling, pressing, hanging, squatting, locomotion — with selective load from barbells, kettlebells, and dumbbells. Programmed in blocks that build toward a specific skill at whatever level you're working at.
Longevity. Low-impact functional strength, mobility, and balance at a sustainable pace. Often the right starting point for adults over fifty, anyone returning from injury, or anyone wanting a gentler entry into structured training.
Pilates. Controlled, intelligent movement focused on core stability, posture, and coordinated strength. Adapts to where you are and works well alongside strength and yoga.
Training for Bone Density (talk and discussion). A 45-minute talk with Manny on how to train for bone density safely — what the research points to, which movements matter most, and how to start if you've had a DEXA result or a doctor's mention of bone health. We run this as a talk rather than a taster because loading for bone density needs to be set up properly first.
