28 days. Iyengar, Yin and Flow. One decision. $159.

From Julie, a member since 2021:
"I have been going for four years. My body and mind are stronger. I

Coached yoga — Iyengar, Yin and Flow — built for wherever you’re starting from.

Structured, not guessed at. Stillness when you need it. A practice you’ll actually keep coming back to.

At Infuse Health we teach three yoga styles: Iyengar, the alignment-based foundation; Yin, for long, restorative holds; and Flow, a more dynamic, breath-linked practice for once your body knows the shapes. If you’re new to yoga, we’d start you in Iyengar — certified teachers, props used properly, no experience assumed.

No prior yoga experience required. Your four weeks begin when you’re ready. No lock-in beyond the intro period.

Start my 4-week intro — $159

Wherever you're starting from, the coaching meets you there.

Whether you're returning to movement after a long break, working around an injury, or simply looking for something that fits your life rather than disrupting it — this was built for exactly where you are.

Every session is guided, every teacher knows how you move, and every class can be adapted to your body on any given day. There is no level you need to reach before you walk through the door.

Something has been getting in the way.

Maybe the gym has always felt like someone else's space. Maybe exercise became a chore somewhere along the way. Maybe you've tried approaches that worked for a while and then didn't. That's not a you problem.

Infuse Health was built for people who've been through that. Not to push harder or start over — but to find an approach that actually works with your body, your schedule, and where you are right now.

What's Included In My 4-Week Intro?

🏛️

An independent boutique studio — intentionally small, never crowded, and nothing like a big-box gym.

🗓️

Unlimited access to Iyengar, Yin and Flow yoga — plus Pilates, Movement & Strength, Longevity and more, seven days a week.

👁️

Every class is guided and coached to the individual — by teachers who know your name and how you move.

🤝

A 30-minute welcome session — to set your goals and make sure your four weeks count.

⏳

Passes are limited each month — because smaller groups mean better coaching, and that's the whole point.

🧘

Taught by experienced Iyengar and Yin teachers — with qualifications that go well beyond a weekend course.

🌿

Four weeks. Unlimited classes. A welcome session. Coaching that's personal from day one.

Coaching that actually sees you.

Whether you're a busy parent carving out time for yourself, an older adult wanting to stay strong and capable, or someone who simply hasn't found a training environment that works yet — this was built for you.

Coaching that actually sees you.

Coaching that actually sees you.

Our classes are intentionally small — not as a selling point, but because good coaching requires it. Your teachers know how you move, where you're challenged, and how to adapt each session to serve you specifically. The energy of a group. The attention of a coach. Every session.

Our teachers hold qualifications across Iyengar Yoga, Pilates, strength and movement. Many have been part of the Infuse community for five years or more — as teachers and as members.

Something for every day.

Coaching that actually sees you.

Something for every day.

Yoga, Pilates, Movement and Strength, Yin, Longevity, Mindfulness — the timetable is broad by design. Whatever you feel like working on, or whatever your body needs on a given day, there is a class for it across seven days a week.

Your teachers know the full timetable and can point you toward the right session for where you are right now.

Every class. Every week. $159.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which yoga style should I start with?

If you’re new to yoga, start with Iyengar Foundation. It’s the most structured of the three styles we teach, and the only one built specifically to teach you how to be in a posture — which makes Yin and Flow easier to pick up later. Add Yin when you want time in stillness. Try Flow once your body knows the shapes and you want something that moves faster. Your 4-week intro includes all three, so you can move between them and find what fits. Read more in our guide to choosing a yoga style.

What kinds of people train at Infuse Health?

Mostly adults who've decided that how they move and how they feel in the next decade matters — and who want coaching that reflects that.

Some have trained before and are looking for something more considered than a gym. Some are returning after an injury, an illness, or a long break, and need an environment that works with their body rather than ignoring its history. Some are older adults who want to stay strong, capable, and independent for as long as possible — and understand that takes deliberate work. Some have never had a regular practice and aren't sure where to start.

What they share is that they're not here by accident. They've thought about it, and they want it to be worth their time.

Our youngest members are in their twenties. Our oldest are in their eighties. The majority are somewhere in the middle — working adults, parents, professionals — fitting two or three sessions into a week that already has plenty in it.

I haven’t exercised in a while. Will I be able to keep up?

Every class is guided and adaptable. Our teachers are experienced at working with people returning after injury, illness, or a long break — and with those who have never had a regular practice at all. There is no level you need to reach before you walk through the door. We're not interested in how fit you are on day one. We're interested in where you're going.

I have an injury or a health condition. Can I still train?

Many of our members train with or around ongoing injuries and chronic conditions. Our teachers adapt each session to work with your body rather than against it — let them know before your first class and they'll support you from the start. If you're unsure whether Infuse Health is right for your situation, reach out before you book. We're happy to have that conversation first.

What happens after the 4-week intro offer?

At the end of your four weeks, one of our team will have a brief conversation with you about continuing. There is no automatic charge and no pressure — just an honest discussion about whether an ongoing membership makes sense for you.

All our memberships have no lock-in and no joining fees. You can pause or cancel with two weeks notice at any time.
