At Infuse Health, Pilates is mat-based — controlled, deliberate work for core stability, posture and coordinated strength, in classes small enough that your teacher can see how you move and adjust for it.
It runs as part of a broad timetable rather than as a full reformer studio, so your four weeks include mat Pilates alongside yoga, strength and mobility. If well-coached mat Pilates is what you're after, this is a good place to start.
No prior experience required. Your four weeks begin when you're ready. No lock-in beyond the intro period.
Whether you're returning to movement after a long break, working around an injury, or simply looking for something that fits your life rather than disrupting it — this was built for exactly where you are.
Every session is guided, every teacher knows how you move, and every class can be adapted to your body on any given day. There is no level you need to reach before you walk through the door.
Maybe the gym has always felt like someone else's space. Maybe exercise became a chore somewhere along the way. Maybe you've tried approaches that worked for a while and then didn't. That's not a you problem.
Infuse Health was built for people who've been through that. Not to push harder or start over — but to find an approach that actually works with your body, your schedule, and where you are right now.

“Infuse Health is brilliant in every respect. The space is beautiful and purpose built but it is the people that really make this place what it is. From the moment I walked through the door I was welcomed into a community that is built on warmth and respect.
Whether you are looking to start yoga for the first time, an experienced practitioner this is the place, or you are just wanting to get some movement into your life you will be gently guided and encouraged. I highly recommend.”
"I started at Infuse health with their introductory offer for movement classes and was quickly hooked. Now I'm a regular at the longevity class and Iyengar and yin yoga classes.
I love the inclusivity and the skills I learn, but most of all the social aspect and the fun!
I highly recommend Infuse Health."

Whether you're a busy parent carving out time for yourself, an older adult wanting to stay strong and capable, or someone who simply hasn't found a training environment that works yet — this was built for you.
No prior fitness level required. No ego at the door. Intelligent, supported training that fits around your life.

Our classes are intentionally small — not as a selling point, but because good coaching requires it. Your teachers know how you move, where you're challenged, and how to adapt each session to serve you specifically. The energy of a group. The attention of a coach. Every session.
Our teachers hold qualifications across Iyengar Yoga, Pilates, strength and movement. Many have been part of the Infuse community for five years or more — as teachers and as members.

Yoga, Pilates, Movement and Strength, Yin, Longevity, Mindfulness — the timetable is broad by design. Whatever you feel like working on, or whatever your body needs on a given day, there is a class for it across seven days a week.
Your teachers know the full timetable and can point you toward the right session for where you are right now.
Four weeks of guided movement, strength and yoga — in Newcastle's most personal studio.

Every class. Every week. All included.
This is your chance to explore what Infuse Health feels like — with no obligation beyond the four weeks, and a teacher in your corner from day one.

Early mornings, lunchtimes, evenings — across seven days. Whatever shape your week takes, there is a session that fits inside it without rearranging your life.
Two or three sessions a week is enough to feel a real difference. You don't need to be here every day — just pick a class and begin.
Every session is small, guided, and coached. You are never just filling a spot on a mat.
No — our Pilates is mat-based. Mat Pilates builds the same core stability, control and coordinated strength, using your own bodyweight and small equipment rather than machines. It's taught in small, coached classes and works well alongside strength and mobility training. If a dedicated reformer studio is specifically what you're looking for, we'll be honest that isn't us — and we'd rather tell you now than have you find out in week one.
Mat Pilates runs regularly through the week — check the timetable for current sessions. It's one discipline on a timetable of sixty-plus classes, so your four weeks are never short of sessions. Most members pair Pilates with strength, yoga or mobility across the week.
Mostly adults who've decided that how they move and how they feel in the next decade matters — and who want coaching that reflects that.
Some have trained before and are looking for something more considered than a gym. Some are returning after an injury, an illness, or a long break, and need an environment that works with their body rather than ignoring its history. Some are older adults who want to stay strong, capable, and independent for as long as possible — and understand that takes deliberate work. Some have never had a regular practice and aren't sure where to start.
What they share is that they're not here by accident. They've thought about it, and they want it to be worth their time.
Our youngest members are in their twenties. Our oldest are in their eighties. The majority are somewhere in the middle — working adults, parents, professionals — fitting two or three sessions into a week that already has plenty in it.
Every class is guided and adaptable. Our teachers are experienced at working with people returning after injury, illness, or a long break — and with those who have never had a regular practice at all. There is no level you need to reach before you walk through the door. We're not interested in how fit you are on day one. We're interested in where you're going.
Mat Pilates is often a good starting point when you're working around a back, a pelvic floor, a joint, or a long time away from training — the work is controlled, low-impact, and scaled to what your body can do on the day. Many of our members train with or around ongoing injuries and conditions. Let your teacher know before your first class and they'll adapt the session to work with your body rather than against it. If you're unsure whether Infuse Health is right for your situation, reach out before you book — we're happy to have that conversation first.
At the end of your four weeks, one of our team will have a brief conversation with you about continuing. There is no automatic charge and no pressure — just an honest discussion about whether an ongoing membership makes sense for you.
All our memberships have no lock-in and no joining fees. You can pause or cancel with two weeks notice at any time.
Not sure whether Infuse Health is right for you? Call, email or visit us before you book. We would rather answer your questions first than have you walk through the door wondering.
